  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable).
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back.
  1. Return Timeframe
  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are not issued for items returned without prior approval.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Items returned without prior email notification and approval.
  1. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, you must return the item and place a new order.
